2013-14 SEASON:
Notched his 3rd double-double of the season with 22 points on 9-11 (.818) shooting, 11 rebounds and two blocks in 26 minutes against Brooklyn on Apr. 16… Scored in double figures for the 3rd straight game after finishing with 12 points and seven rebounds in 26 minutes off the bench against Boston on Apr. 12… Had 11 points and six rebounds in 19 minutes off the bench at Milwaukee on Apr. 11… Collected 18 points on 9-11 (.818) shooting, six rebounds and two blocks in 24 minutes off the bench against Detroit on Apr. 9.

2012-13 SEASON:
Played in 77 game (55 starts)…averaged 7.9 points on .438 shooting, 5.7 rebounds and 0.9 blocks in 26.3 minutes per game…as a starter, averaged 8.3 points on .434 shooting, 6.0 rebounds and 1.0 block in 28.0 minutes per game…also shot .764 from the free throw line, the second highest among all rookie centers…among rookies with a minimum of 70 games played, ranked 1st in offensive rebounds per game, 2nd in defensive rebounds per game, 2nd in total rebounds per game, 2nd in blocks per game and 7th in points per game…also recorded seven double-doubles, which was tied for 4th among all NBA rookies…scored 15 points and grabbed seven rebounds in his fourth NBA game on Nov. 5 at L.A. Played in 117 game (75 starts) for North Carolina with averages of 12.8 points on .542 shooting, 6.7 rebounds and 1.1 blocks in 23.1 minutes per game…during his senior year, averaged 16.3 points, 9.6 rebounds and 1.5 blocks in 28.2 minutes per game…selected as ACC Player of the Year…finalist for the John R. Wooden Award…first-team All-America (Wooden) and second-team by the AP, NABC, Sporting News, USBWA and Basketball Times…top 10 finalist for the Lowe’s Senior CLASS Award…named USBWA’s District Player of the Year and an NABC All-District selection…won the Skip Prosser Award as the ACC’s top scholar-athlete in men’s basketball in ACC play…led the league in field goal percentage (.569) and offensive boards (4.0), and was second in rebounds (9.7), third in scoring (18.5) and sixth in free throw percentage (.833)…averaged 19.8 points and 10.7 rebounds and shot 63.7 percent against ACC teams that made the NCAA Tournament…scored 31 points versus Appalachian State and 30 (20-23 FTs) versus Maryland…had 20 points and career-high 22 boards versus Ohio in the NCAA Tournament…shot 9-of-11 in road win at Duke…totaled 18 points and 18 rebounds at Wake Forest and 21 points and 17 rebounds versus NC State…became the third ACC player to win Academic All-America of the Year honors…as a junior, averaged 15.7 points on .547 shooting, 7.2 rebounds and 1.2 blocks in 28.1 minutes per game…tied for the team lead in scoring and second in rebounding…led the ACC in field goal percentage in all games (.547) and ACC games (.580)…posted a career-high 32 points versus Long Island University in the 2011 NCAA Tournament…earned First Team All-ACC Tournament honors…as a sophomore, averaged 9.3 points and 4.6 rebounds in 17.4 minutes per game…missed 10 ACC games with a stress fracture in his right foot. UNC went 2-8 in that span…recorded 17 points and 10 boards versus Georgia Tech…as a freshman, averaged 3.1points on .472 shooting and 2.0 rebounds in 7.8 minutes per game…was a member of the 2009 National Champions…started the first two games he played…led Carolina with 18 points in his collegiate debut against Penn…missed more than three months with a broken wrist.
